"Grand Resorts of Maine - 1906" represents an era in time and the relationships of three Maine grand resorts, all operated under the guidance of one family, the Rickers of South Poland, Maine. It also connects these resorts to Maine's largest and most historic railroad, Maine Central Railroad, incorporated in 1862. Bradley Peters, a Mainer most of his life, researched and authored the book with his wife, Jan Ross.
